The game is the first installment of an interactive visual novel with an erotic art style created by Chocola and Vanilla. It has to be said that the animation for this brought up some issues among players, as to me it felt quite rough and unfinished, although I'm not sure if that was done purposely by the developers. It did seem to take a long time to load at points, but I believe that's because your computer doesn't have enough power to handle it. In the end the story is absolutely amazing and there are a lot of things you can unlock which make Nekopara Vol. 1 worth it.
